AWL is continuing its rapid growth across the UK, strengthening key locations and expanding operations to meet increasing client demand.

With strategic moves in Manchester, Glasgow, and Southampton, we’re investing in people, premises, and technology to ensure smooth, efficient logistics services nationwide.

Glasgow growth

Following on from our Manchester update, we’re excited to share more news of growth across the group. AWL Glasgow has recently expanded and moved into larger premises just one mile from Glasgow Airport.

With the Barnwell Street Bridge now complete, access to the airport is smoother than ever. This improved location helps reduce emissions and positions the team to handle import and export operations passing through Glasgow Airport efficiently.

Southampton expansion

Southampton isn’t just sailing along - it’s flying! While some local logistics operators are scaling back, AWL Southampton continues to grow rapidly. Since opening at the end of Q1 2024, the facility has already added its fourth team member and is welcoming a new Business Development Manager to support continued growth.

New contract wins are coming in regularly, reinforcing the team’s strong reputation in the region.
