Our software programme Multifreight is at the core of our business development and has been since our inception in 2002.
It provides the tools that enable us to help our customers across the whole supply chain. The software provides functionality not only with pure freight forwarding & logistics operations but also business intelligence including track & tracing.
For the last few months, we have been busy preparing for the rollout of our newest and latest software upgrade. It is all stored and managed through the cloud, allowing us to scale up at will.
The upgrade offers various improvements in functionality, including supporting multiple languages, dedicated control towers, improved logical workflow and CRM to name just a few.
This is a significant investment by the company which will prepare us for the challenges and needs of the business as we move forward into the future.
