2022 is a significant year for AWL. Because 20 years ago, we opened our doors for the very first time.
Back in 2002, the AWL set-up was very different from the national operation you know today. We started out with just one office and a handful of people.
Within this small founding team, every single person was dedicated to the job at hand. We’re delighted that many of them are still with us to this day. Quite an achievement, we think you’d agree. Having helped the company grow and develop throughout the last two decades, we’re truly honoured to have such committed people on board.

With four offices across the UK and an ever-growing team of professionals running operations, it’s fair to say AWL is almost unrecognisable from the early days. However, our underlying ethos of commitment and dedication to seeing a job well done is still going strong. It’s what makes us the company we are today.
