Our London team was proud to support a specialist white glove move for the Integrated Geometry and Poetic Scenery exhibition, held at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)
from 26 March to 23 April 2025.

Showcasing the visionary work of Atelier Li Xinggang, the architect behind Beijing’s Bird’s Nest stadium, this exhibition brought over 50 architectural projects to central London.
For the first time, models, drawings, photographs, and films were displayed together, offering UK audiences a rare glimpse into the studio’s poetic approach to space and structure.
Our role focused on the meticulous logistics that took place behind the scenes.
A team of five white glove specialists spent two full days unpacking custom-built crates and carefully assembling the delicate display.
Every item required precision handling and placement to meet curatorial standards.

Six weeks later, the same team returned to expertly dismantle the exhibit, repack each piece, and prepare it for safe international export.
As always, our white glove service ensured minimal disruption, maximum care, and seamless coordination with gallery staff.
Whether it’s fine art, museum pieces, or high-value prototypes, our white glove solutions deliver peace of mind.
