Team AWL Joins White Lodge Golf Day

On 1st May, Team AWL joined the annual White Lodge Golf Day at the stunning Kingswood Golf and Country Club. With sunshine and temperatures hitting 27°C on the Surrey Downs, it was set to be a challenging but rewarding round of golf.

AWL proudly sponsored the tee at the 7th hole. And congratulations to David for taking home “Nearest the Pin” on the 3rd hole with a 167-yard shot!

Out of 30 participating teams, Team AWL finished a respectable 7th, adding some healthy competition to a great day.

The highlight of the event? An incredible £31,344 was raised for White Lodge. This vital funding will directly support their Play and Youth Club services, which help children and young people aged 5 to 18 with a wide range of disabilities and neurodiverse needs.

White Lodge’s programmes provide meaningful experiences and activities, both at their centre and in the wider community. We’re proud to have played a small part in helping make these opportunities possible.
