Incredible Revenue Growth in 2025

Well, I guess it is way too late to wish everyone a very Happy New Year, so I will refrain from doing so (sorry). Here we are in 2026 and finished with month two of the New Year itself, which is quite extraordinary how time is flying by.

Having a financial calendar year, we are just putting the finishing touches to our 2025 accounts. I can already advise that we have shown incredible revenue growth on our 2024 numbers, which in itself was a very good year.

This growth has been driven primarily by the new regional office openings and our continued investment in the good people who continue to join us here at AWL.

We are committed to moving forward with our 'expansive' agenda: continuing to build on the tremendous foundations we have, seeking opportunities for new office openings, and attracting high-calibre people to join the team.

As always, at the beginning of any year, our outlook is one of much optimism. I guess, with the issues surrounding Trump Tariffs and the continued war in Ukraine, to name just two, you think maybe it's a stretch too far, but it is the way we prefer to approach business, as much as life itself.

Let us all remain positive and hope 2026 will bring us all much hope and happiness as the year unfolds. So instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift it all to energy to what you can create.
